Need analysis
We talk about your needs and then present options as to which product and bank are the best for you based on those needs.

Interview
The interview is in person and its aim is to inform you know not only the technical items of chosen products, but of all the other aspects you will be involved in with the bank.
We fill the application form and other necessary documents.
We then take care of the last details for you.

Bank approval
The lender, once it has completed its evaluation of the client and the request, issues its approval (subject only to a following house-survey) which guarantees you from other requests.

Final documentation
The lender issues a letter of offer with all the mortgage conditions to be returned signed.
In this moment we suggest that you consult a lawyer in order to obtain an independent opinion.

After mortgage service
Once you have been given the mortgage it will be our pleasure to keep us informed about your satisfaction and to be at your disposal for any future services or issues.
